What T-shirt brand do you print on?
- All Mo-Ka Queenz Apparel t-shirts are printed on excellent quality 100% Preshrunk ring-spun cotton.
- Our Unisex tees have a classic cut for a roomier & loose fit.
What size should I order?
- Our sizes range from XS - 4XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit.
- All of our shirts are unisex tees. Women should order one size down from their regular size for a more fitted silhouette.
- We use crew neck tees, but V-neck t-shirts are available upon request.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
- All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We primarily use the vinyl heat transfer process.
Will the designs fade?
- Some of the prints will fade a little after being washed, Following the special care instructions below with help preserve your garment.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts and sweatshirts:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
ORDERING
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system.
- We process your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 3-5 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.
Shipping times:
- Standard US: 5 to 7 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
- We currently do not offer Expedited & Overnight shipping.
- During holidays or times of high demand, orders can take 7 - 10 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
- Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
- Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent (to the email provided during the order process), once your order has left our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
- Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
- Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
- All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase.
- We do not have a warehouse or inventory.
- We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
- Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if an item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
- We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
- Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if an item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.
